I stayed in the budget single room which was small but very neat and tidy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated having multiple plug points to charge my devices. The bedding was clean and very comfortable, making it a pleasant stay overall.

Breakfast Options

Breakfast was a good experience! The option to choose between Continental and Full breakfast allowed for some flexibility. The food was fresh, and I appreciated the order form for a customized meal. A couple of guests mentioned portions, but I found it sufficient for a great start to the day.

Adequate Entertainment

The room had a TV equipped with DStv channels, which provided enough options for entertainment in the evenings. It was nice to unwind after a long day with some shows, even if the selections were a bit limited.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The shower and bathroom felt outdated, and the breakfast area was quite crowded, making it difficult to find seating. On a positive note, I encountered a wonderful staff member who really made an effort to assist. However, my overall stay was negatively impacted by cleanliness issues and an underwhelming breakfast offering.

During my stay, I experienced some highs and lows. The initial room was disappointing and lacked amenities, but after changing rooms, my experience improved dramatically. The exceptional hospitality from the staff made a significant difference. However, the beds were uncomfortable, which was a downside.
